Sold - Villa in Comares

This small but sweet holiday-home has been built on irrigated land near a river. Eat bananas, lemons and avocados from your own land. Here you can plant and grow anything. Walking around the land made us feel like we were in a jungle.

The house comprises of two levels. Downstairs, two rooms are in use for tools and other machinery to work the land. A big space next to the entrance has been reserved as terrace area. The shade is provided by your own vine. Upstairs you will find a kitchen cum living room with a balcony, a fully fitted bathroom and one large and one smaller bedroom. All in very good condition since this sweet home is only 8 years old.

The entrance to the house is through a dry riverbed; in wintertime there might be some water. In that case a four wheel drive might be handy but we are talking only 30 to 40 meters or so. Anyway, if you see this very sweet house you will take anything for granted, including the entrance.

You would drink water from your own well and electricity is connected. The weather conditions in this part of the Montes de Malaga are particularly good and it means that in wintertime you will have the maximum of sunshine possible here. Neighbours are at a pleasant distance.
