The scenery speaks for itself! Fabulously located at the foot of the natural park El Torcal, near Villanueva de la Concepcion. Gorgeous already and the renovation hasn't even started yet. Villanueva de la Concepción is one of those typical Andalucian whitewashed villages, serene and hospitable, where you'll feel at home in no time at all and with all the amenities you could ever wish for. People love to come here to find tranquility, to enjoy the incredible nature, and life in general. If you have children that need to go to school, the schools here are very good and regularly have foreign children in their class rooms. There is a 24 hour emergency facility with an English speaking doctor always available.

You also would live just a stone throw away from the famous El Torcal Natural Park, where you expect to see Indians behind every rock. There is not a single travel guide on Andalucia that doesn't mention it and so far we have not met anyone who was not impressed. In 35 minutes you can drive to the beach, the airport or the city centre of Malaga. But daytrips to Granada, Cordoba or Seville are possible too, because from here the hinterland opens up completely. You will probably end up doing your shopping in a nearby city called Antequera. You'll see that this pleasurable town offers everything you expect to find in Southern Spain.

The owner plans to start some reformation works in the next few weeks, as a result of which the price is likely to go up in the near future.
