Typical Andalucian house, very sharply priced and unchanged and all original. Once thoroughly cleaned you will see it is in more than perfect shape. Then you will decide that there is a lot that you will leave untouched, but the place definitely needs a modern kitchen. But if you wanted to, you could go and live in it right away. It has a big bathroom and the horse stables could be converted into two very big (bed) rooms.
Older houses always have some extra maintenance compared to modern houses. The house lies a bit remote, which is reflected in the price, but it is easy to drive to and the city of Malaga or the airport are a 35 minutes drive away through Almogia. There is work in progress on another road and once finished the connection to the city of Malaga will be improved by 10 minutes or so.
The house stands on his own, at a pleasant distance from some neighbours. So you won't feel isolated and alone. The views vary but reach as far as the beautiful El Torcal Natural Park on one side of the house and on the other side there are nice hill views with almond and olive trees.
