Our
Offices
We
are based in the Montes de Malaga area, and have our offices in
Colmenar, often dubbed the Capital of the Montes de Malaga. We
are located just off the main street of the village, in a marked
building known as El Antiguo Mercado. It is the old village market
hall, once used by local merchants to sell their fresh produce.
Fallen
into disuse long since, and slowly decaying over time, it has recently
been fully restored and now accommodates local businesses. We are
proud to be part of this community, and to help preserve this striking
centre of every day local village life.
Our opening
hours in Colmenar are Monday to Friday mornings from 10:00 to 14:00
o'clock. Of course, you are welcome to just walk in at any time
during these hours, but if the purpose of your visit is to view
properties, we strongly recommend that you make an appointment
beforehand. That way we can ensure that we reserve all the time
you need. Visits to our Malaga office are by appointment only.

If you
are driving from the direction of Malaga, Seville, Cordoba, Granada,
or Antequera, you'll eventually end up on motorway A45 between
Antequera and Malaga. On older maps, this is the N-331. Take the
exit signposted as Casabermeja.
If you
are driving southbound, keep left where the exit splits, and turn
left at the end. This little bypass will take you to a roundabout,
where you turn left, under the motorway, past the petrol station,
where you turn left again into the direction of Colmenar. If however
you are driving northbound, take exit 148 and at the end of this
exit, just before the petrol station, you turn right into the direction
of Colmenar.
After
a few hundred yards, this road ascends a little hill, on top of
which it bends sharply (!) to the left. At the T-junction, turn
right onto the A356 to Colmenar. After about 6 kilometres you will
reach the first exit to Colmenar, which you'll ignore. Instead
you'll take the second exit, right after hotel Arco del Sol. Turn
right at the end of the exit into the village.
If you
are driving from Nerja or Velez-Malaga, you take motorway A7 (or
N-340 on older maps) to Malaga. At Velez-Malaga you take the exit
signposted as Colmenar. Now you are on the A335 northbound to Alhama
de Granada and La Viñuela. Just before the reservoir that
is also named La Viñuela, the road straight ahead changes
into the A356 to Colmenar and Casabermeja. Follow this road until
the exit to Colmenar. Turn right at the end of this exit into the
village.
Now you'll
drive past the petrol station to a roundabout, where you take the
last exit, down into the village. When you reach the built-up area,
you'll see a garage and an olive oil factory at your left hand
side. Drive a little further down and then take the first street
to the right. This is Calle Virgen de la Candelaria as indicated
by a small sign on the white house at the corner. Our offices are
at the corner of the next street to the right, up the stone steps.
