Our real estate offices are in Colmenar, the capital of the Montes de Málaga, a large natural park in in Andalucia, southern Spain. We sell town houses, country properties, building plots, luxury villas, apartments and commercial properties all along the Costa del Sol and inland Andalucia. Our company has an experienced multi-lingual team and knows the area extremely well.

However, with our web presence we intend to do much more than to just provide you with an opportunity to view some of the properties we have for sale. We try to be a one stop information shop for all current and future property owners in our region. We will help you make educated choices as to what kind of property and where you want to buy. But we don't stop there.

Even when you have completed the purchase of your new home in Spain, you will still find plenty of useful information. We'll tell you what the weather is going to be like, for example. We'll tell you all about the peculiarities of gardening in a Mediterranean climate, provide you with bilingual shopping list and typical regional recipes, we'll give you a crash course in culinary Spanish, tell you where to dine and give you tips on how to spend you leisure time.
