An ample villa in the rolling hills just outside the village of Riogordo. The house comprises two floors. On ground floor are a covered terrace along the front side of the house, an entrance hall, a living room, a dining room, a spacious and fully fitted kitchen, a scullery, a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a study and a separate bathroom. Both the living room and the dining room have french windows to the terrace.

On the first floor, a spacious landing gives access to the master bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom, two more bedrooms, a shared bathroom and two large roof terraces. The master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms have french windows onto the roof terrace at the front side of the house. The landing gives access to this terrace too, as well as to the other roofterrace.

The house has good access from the main road. It is a modern villa, with all modern conveniences, very suitable for family life. Not too far way from the village of Riogordo, or from the coast or the natural park Montes de Malaga. An ideal location if you are looking for a country property, but not out in the sticks.

The house offers excellent rental possibilities. Two of the upstairs bedrooms each have their own balconies and would be suitable as a bed and breakfast. Part of the downstairs could be rented out as a self-contained apartment, or could be used as your private quarters while you rent out the rest of the villa. The exterior of the villa has recently been repainted in a sandy yellow and we have added a few new pictures.

We need 24 hours notice for any viewing of this property, because it currently has tennants. That is no problem whatsoever, since the rental contract automatically expires when a buyer makes a downpayment on the property. You'll be able to move into your new villa within two months' time, which is more or less the standard amount of time it takes to purchase property in Spain anyway.
