On the first floor are three large double bedrooms and one single bedroom, and a lovely fitted bathroom. The second floor is one large open space with a fitted wash-basin. It is currently the fifth bedroom, but it could actually be converted into two bedrooms and a small shower room.

There is an open terrace in front of the house, another private walled-in terrace with summer kitchen and barbecue at the side, and upstairs there is a U-shaped roof terrace around the large room on the top floor, accessible through glass sliding doors. The house has central heating throughout, with a very modern and efficient heater that also supplies hot water for the kitchen and the bathrooms. Outside is a private parking space in the garage, and public parking space across the road.

The surroundings is a mountainous area, locally known as the Pyrenees of the South. It is a great place to go hiking and biking, but also ideal for bird watchers, nature lovers and anyone looking to get away from it all. The closest village is Alfarnatejo, just a few kilometres away. The village has a fairly large public swimming pool that opens during the summer months.
