The property has three phase electricity, telephone, internet connection, mains water and sewage. The front part of the house has recently got a new roof and the property has been totally re-wired. There are new double glazed windows with blinds throughout.

The main part of the town is only 5 minutes walk where you will find all amenities and open countryside just a few minutes away. The village has all amenities, shops, bars, pool, schools, 24 hour medical service et cetera.
