This is a unique estate in the hills above the city of Malaga, overlooking the natural park and the Malaga bay area. Should you need more privacy than the listed 140,000 square metres of land can offer, there is always the option to buy an adjacent plot of land from the same owner, measuring another 230,000 square metres. This brings the total amount of land available to 37 hectares or 91 acres. This option will add 350,000 euros to the selling price.
