€ 150,000 - Town house in Colmenar

Ref: 502
Built: 105 m² Bedrooms: 3 Electricity: Yes
Terrace: 25 m² Bathrooms: 2 Water: Yes
Land: 0 m² Pool: No Phone: No

Really a nice house with a number of very attractive aspects. Just look at the photos and imagine the furniture gone, and you will be surprised about the amount of space the house actually offers. The kitchen gives access to a small but functional patio. And from one of the bedrooms you walk onto a balcony from which you have magnificent views over the red-tiled roofs of Colmenar and the surrounding landscape.

But the house also has a second floor with a spacious roof terrace, perfect to enjoy the sun, while overlooking the vast valley all the way up to the high, snow-covered peaks of the Sierra Nevada. So it may be modest in size, but a complete and qualitatively very good home. The current owner has a mortgage on the house, which makes it possible to buy this property with about 25,000 euros in cash. There you go, buying your own piece of Spain is now very feasible.
