This finca is the last house at the end of a track in a sheltered valley. It's location enjoys a mild microclimate, allowing you to grow avocados, mangos or chirimoyas, for example, without any problem at all. Although here are neighbours, the last bit of the track takes you to your own world, and that is difficult to find nowadays. The views are beautiful in their own way, because down in the valley is irrigated land where you'll occasionally see people working in their citrus plantation. But the main attraction of this property is its privacy.
The three bedrooms of the house are really something else. They are each oriented in a different direction in the house, away from each other. Two of the bedrooms have access by means of an individual staircase, and the third one would be suitable to turn into separate guest accommodation. But if need to, you can easily rent two rooms out in B&B style. The bathroom is very spacious and is located right next to the entrance hall. The house itself is just gorgeous: look at the photos and convince yourself. If you've always dreamed of living in a real 'Spanish classic', then this is definitely your chance.
The land that comes with the house is divided in terraces. The swimming pool for example is at a lower level than the house. And that is very practical if don't all want to do the same things all the time. The property has a beautifully landscaped garden, which is also easy to maintain. Village such as Colmenar and Riogordo are at a 10 minutes' drive from the house. You're guaranteed to fall in love with at least one of them, if not both.
