This detached, centuries-old fully restored farm house with letting possibilities stand in a great location. Even in winter, with just a few rays of sunshine, this is a great place to stay. The property is ready to move into, it doesn't need any work done whatsoever. Just try to imagine what the house will look like when furnished with your own personal belongings.

The property is divided into two separate living units, allowing you to earn a rental income from part of the property. The disposition of the property is such, that you can enjoy total privacy even when you have guests. The part of the house that we see as the rental apartment has three double bedrooms. Both parts of the house have their own swimming pool. Neither of them is very large, but there big enough to take a refreshing dip. An advantage is that they warm up quicker in spring, so you can use them earlier in the year. One of the pools is also very suitable for children.

The house is located at about ten minutes' driving distance from Colmenar and 35 to 40 minuten from the centre of the city of Malaga, the beacch and the airport. From the house you can make lovely trips through the valley, or you can go walking or biking in the Montes de Malaga natural park. A real holiday location.
