For people who have serious plans to start their own business in the tourist trade, this family hotel would be an excellent opportunity. The city of Seville and the coast are both half an hour's drive away, and the nique and popular natural park La Dońnana is only 15 minutes away. Far enough away from the coast to enjoy the peacefulness of the countryside, but the hustle and bustle is never too far away. Your guests will appreciate the charm of a typical Spanish village, something you'll never find at the coast.

The hotel has eleven neat, typical Spanish rooms, eight of which are double rooms and three single rooms. Each room has its own compact ensuite bathroom. The hotel is for sale with an adjoining private residence and also a bar restaurant, which is currently rented out. If you want to run the bar or restaurant yourself, then you have the option to do so, but it does have its advantages to leave serving breakfast and all that to the current tenants. It's good for jour stress factor.

Many guests of the hotel come specifically to see the natural park Dońana, a large and unique nature reserve that is accessible only on guided tours in special 4x4s. Of course we did the tour ourselve and our photographs show you that there really is a lot to discover here.

Obviously we all have our ideals and wishes when it comes to views (average) and location (good), but here you do have a thriving business. You can start earning a living right away, and that always remains the big gamble when you just buy a large builing, hoping to convert it into something prosperous.
