Located in the hospitable little village of Alfarnate is this town house with patio and roof terrace, with a good atmosphere. The property has some very remarkable features, partly due to the age of the house and partly due to the renovation that has been done. It's not all finished yet, by the way, but the lion's share has been done. A stone shed still needs converting into a second bedroom.
The views from the roof terrace are fabulous. The area is nicknamed the Pyrenees of the South, and with good reason. You'll see rugged mountains here and the border where the vegetation starts. Although the village has only 400 inhabitants, there are several bars and restaurants, and a supermarket, and every now and then you'll discover another shop behind a suddenly opened door.
If you're in for a real Spanish treat, be it for your holidays or permanent residence, then a town house would not be a bad choice. Considering the price (which does not really allow for negotiation), the location and the good condition the house is in now, we don't expect this property to be on the market for a long time. You'd better be quick.
