A very well maintained village house in Colmenar with absolutely no work necessary, unless of course you would like to redecorate it to your own taste. Either way, it is ready to move in to. The house is close to the centre of the village, but in a quiet street with hardly any traffic or noise at all. There are four bedrooms in total, one of which is on the ground floor and could easily be added to the living room. The house has two bathrooms, one of which is fitted with a bathtub.
The available space at the backside of the house space has been used efficiently. There is a small patio as well as a roof terrace, which are both very private. Colmenar is a typical white village in the Montes de Malaga. It is actually known as the capital of the Malaga mountains. It's a very lively village, with lots of bars and restaurants to savour a large variety of tapas and wines, and shops and butchers, an internet cafe, schools and the regional medical centre with 24/7 emergency station.
