This development is located in the more tranquil area east of Málaga called Rincón de la Victoria. The complex will benefit from two swimming pools and a paddle tennis court. There are extensive tropical garden areas with palm trees, rockeries and attractive floral arrangements. The development is gated so the facilities are private and for the exclusive use by the residents. There is private underground parking and storage facilities for the apartments, and parking in the driveway for the chalets. Many units on the development have quite stunning panoramic sea views.

In the apartments the kitchens are fully fitted with the very best quality amenities, the air-conditioning is included with a hot/cold unit and the bathrooms also come fully equipped. The townhouses are broadly the same specification as the apartments except the kitchens are not fully fitted and the air conditioning is pre-installed. All townhouses are three bedrooms on two floors, has two bathrooms upstairs, a small bathroom downstairs, a terrace onto the rear garden, and a small garden in front of the house as well.

The apartments have at least two bedrooms and two bathrooms, some of which have two terraces, one in front of the property as well as one behind it. This means that many units will enjoy all day sun (as will many of the townhouses). It is arguable that the penthouses will get as good sea views as anywhere on the coast, and have two levels, the top level being a private solarium for the client to enjoy the great Mediterranean climate. It also has space available to put a third bedroom as an attic conversion on the solarium level.

The development is on the front-line (16th hole) of Añoreta Golf & Country Club, which is one of the best value courses on the Costa. The bars and restaurants that come with the complex are beautiful, and there is a quaint tapas bar close to the development and overlooks the 16th hole of the course. Arenal Marina Golf is in a less developed location where there is, however, a huge potential for growth of quality developments.

The development is located 20 minutes east of Malaga and the airport. There is a large commercial centre (which has a hypermarket, clothes stores, bars, restaurants and a cinema) a few minutes away from the development. The project is located just a two minutes drive from the beach, and it is next to a typical white-washed Andalusian village called Benalgabón where there is a traditional church, some tapas bars and where all buildings must be whitewashed.

The town of Rincón de la Victoria is just minutes away, and there are unspoilt beaches there and it has some of the best value and best quality beachside fish restaurants on the coast. There is a bilingual (Spanish - English) school just across the road from the development.
