Others can use this track as well. Uphill are some more houses, so you would not be completely on your own here. Shops are about a ten minutes' drive away. Getting to the beach or a big shopping mall would take another 25 minutes. A drive towards the natural park Montes de Málaga will take about 15 minutes.

Knowing what other owners are asking for their big houses and the state this farmstead is in, we think that the price of this property is very good. Sure it needs to be said that a thorough renovation would cost quite a bit. For a start, let's say something in the region of 60,000 to 100,000 euros.
