This original and cosy village house is a great opportunity. With the exploding prices in the Spanish property market of the last couple of years, a house like this at a price like this has become an extremely rare find. Its good value makes it a great investment opportunity, too. Of course, it would have to be renovated, with a new kitchen and bathroom, the walls would have to be plastered and the patio would appreciate a thorough cleaning, but it would not require any structural work. Phone connection or high speed internet are no problem here. Yes, here you have the chance to meet and live with Spanish traditions, but all of this from a very comfortably family home.

Villanueva de la Concepción is a fun village. The people are very open towards foreigners and after your third visit to a tapas bar you will feel that you became part of the furniture there. And that will make living in Spain a lot easier. The old village heart is very nearby but the noisiness of it is not. Monday is market day here. If you have children that need to go to school, the schools here are very good and from the house it only take 2 minutes to get there. A 24 hour emergency facility with an English speaking doctor always available, also assures you that healthcare here is better arranged then you might expect.

You also would live just a stone throw (5 km) away from the famous El Torcal Natural Park, where you expect to see Indians in every corner. So far we have not met anyone that was not impressed with the park. In 35 minutes you can drive to the beach, the airport or the city centre of Malaga. But daytrips to Granada, Cordoba or Seville are possible too, because from here the hinterland opens up completely. Probably you will end up doing your shopping in a city called Antequera. You will discover that this pleasurable town offers you what you expected to find in Southern Spain.
