Villa El Pozo is a three bedroom country
house in the vicinity of Villanueva
de la Concepción,
in an area known locally as El Pozo. The
house consists of a large fitted kitchen/diner, a spacious
salon, a second living room with sofa-bed, three bedrooms
and one bathroom. Outside there is a large patio with lemon
trees, two sun terraces, a roof terrace, a garden with mature
fig, almond and olive trees, and ample parking space. Villa
El Pozo is completely fenced in, so you won't have to worry
about what your children are doing because they will be
absolutely safe. The views from the house are gorgeous.

Villa El Pozo is in a hamlet called Arroyo
Coche, close to the El Torcal natural park. This is rural
Andalucia at its best, yet the city of Málaga
and Antequera
are just 20 kilometres away. The entire Andalucia motorway
network links here, so day excursions to Sevilla, Ronda,
Córdoba
and Granada are all possible and hassle free. You can do
your shopping either in the big supermarkets in Málaga or
Antequera, or buy locally from the Coviran supermarket or
bakery in Arroyo Coche. The Mediterranean Sea and its beautiful
beaches are only a 30 minutes drive away.
