Casa Vista is a three bedroomed one storey
building with en suite to the master bedroom and a family
bathroom. It is very well equipped to accommodate six people
comfortably, the master bedroom has a king size bed, the
middle bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom is
a twin room with two single beds. All bedrooms have the advantage
of their own air conditioning units. The rest of the villa
is open plan with a large lounge area hosting a log burning
fire, which will only be necessary if using the villa in
the winter on skiing trips to Sierra Nevada. The villa has
its own private swimming pool and a patio area which hosts
a stone-built barbeque, patio table and chairs, four sun
loungers and a large parasol. There is also a covered area
with additional seating.

Sky TV is accessed through a flat screened
TV and a DVD player is also available. The kitchen has a
fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric
oven and hob with extractor hood. Crockery and cutlery are
provided as are pans and serving bowls. An extendable dining
table is in the dining area with seating for six. Hot water
for the bathrooms and kitchen is provided via two gas-fuelled
water heaters located outside the villa. Both bathrooms are
identical with a vanity sink area, toilet, bidet, full-size
bath and over bath shower.
Casa Vista is situated in Southern Spain
on the Costa del Sol in the region of Andalusia. Situated
in beautiful countryside with over 20 miles of views to 180
degrees. The casa sits within its own olive grove of approximately
2 acres of land. The nearest town is called Colmenar, which
is situated 4 kilometres away. Colmenar is a well established
town having medical facilities, various small supermarkets
and a police station. It is host to a lively market every
Thursday morning where local produce can be purchased.
 
Malaga town and beach area lies just over
30 minutes drive away, whilst the airport is approximately
a 40 minute drive. Alternatively, if flying into Granada
airport this will take approximately a 60 minute drive to
the villa. If using the villa for a base in the winter, the
Sierra Nevada is a 90 minute drive to access great skiing
or snow boarding facilities. Car hire is available from both
airports. Local restaurants can be recommended on request.
Horse riding is available locally. Various Golf courses and
walking and cycling in the area is a must. The views are
fantastic for photography and painting.
